Renée Merrill is an actress and special effects makeup artist based in New York City. Although her journey into special effects makeup artistry began in her teens, she received professional training at NYU Tisch School of the Arts under Rob Benevides.
Renée enjoys everything from creating small effects like cuts and bruises (the devil is in the details) to full face and body effects and character creation. She specializes in clean and simple design for a realistic and dynamic effect.
